Jede Muschel birgt das ganze Geheimnis...

sie ist so klein und doch so groß,

in ihr vereinen sich alle Laute des Universums,

wenn wir sie hören wollen,

wenn wir uns einlassen.

In ihr sind alle Stimmen des Windes,

in ihr sind alle Stimmen des Wassers,

alle Stimmen der Erde und des Feuers,

alle Stimmen der Tiere und der Menschen.

Sie ist zerbrechlich und zart,

und zugleich ist sie stark und weise,

sie ist offen und geschlossen,

und lehrt uns die Pulsation des Lebens.

Sie begleitet und lehrt uns,

auf unserem Weg achtsam zu sein...

she is so small and also so great,

in her unite all sounds,

if we want to hear,

if we allow ourselves.

In her are all the voices of the wind,

in her are all the voices of the water,

all voices of the earth and of the fire,

all voices of the animals and the humans.

She is fragile and tender,

and at the same time strong and wise,

she is open and closed,

and teaches us the pulsation of life.

She guide and invite us

to be careful with our life...
